Burkina Faso

J127 Fulani People MED

This is a farming irrigation project with the Fulani people in Burkina Faso (Africa). The land there is very dry and inhospitable without the consistent supply of water. Our method of development requires us to build water wells so that the community can establish their villages. These water wells are used to irrigate the plantations of crops such as potatoes, onions, tomatoes, carrots, mango, guava, eucalyptus, acacia, mahogany, etc.. We also want to provide the Fulani with cattle, goats, and chickens that they can raise and use for meat, eggs, and dairy purposes.
